"The City of Good Death" Paperback Book Tour with Priyanka Champaneri

Join author Priyanka Champaneri for a mix of virtual and in-person events this summer and fall to celebrate the paperback release of her expansive and transcendental debut novel, The City of Good Death. Her novel won the Restless Books Prize for New Immigrant Writing, was shortlisted for the Center for Fiction’s First Novel Prize, and was one of NPR Best Books of 2021.

ABOUT THE AUTHOR

Priyanka Champaneri received her MFA in creative writing from George Mason University and has been a fellow at the Virginia Center for the Creative Arts numerous times. Her debut novel, The City of Good Death, won the 2018 Restless Books Prize for New Immigrant Writing and was shortlisted for the 2021 Center for Fiction First Novel Prize.
